Do I need an account to use the tools?
No. Both the Energy Audit and the Restoration Map are fully free and require no account or sign-in. Optional sign-in is available if you want to save your results across sessions.
Are my questionnaire responses stored?
Your answers are processed to generate your results and are not stored on our servers beyond your session. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
My results page isn't loading — what should I do?
Try refreshing the page or completing the questionnaire again. If the problem persists, email us at support@zoevera.com and describe what you see.
Are these tools a substitute for therapy or medical advice?
No. Both tools are designed for personal reflection and self-awareness. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
Can I share my results?
Yes — you can screenshot or copy your results page and share it however you like. There's no built-in share button yet, but one is on the roadmap.
