1. Who we are

Wellness Suite is operated by ZoeVera ("we," "us," or "our"). The service is available only to users located in the United States, Canada, and Greece. By using the service you confirm that you are accessing it from one of those countries.

2. What data we collect

Questionnaire responses and results — when you complete an assessment your answers are used to generate your results and are stored on our servers for up to 30 days, identified by a random session ID. We do not link responses to your identity unless you voluntarily provide your email address.

Email address — if you choose to enter your email to receive your results, that address is stored and used to send you up to three follow-up emails related to your session. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

Account information — if you create an account via Clerk, we store your Clerk user ID and link it to your sessions. Account creation is optional.

Payment information — if you purchase a paid report, your payment is processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card number. We store a record of the transaction (session ID, product purchased, timestamp) in our database.

Usage analytics — we use Google Analytics (GA4) to collect anonymized usage data: page views, session duration, and general traffic patterns. This data does not personally identify you.

Cookies — Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish sessions. Clerk sets cookies to maintain your login session if you create an account. No other persistent cookies are set by this site.

3. How we use your data

  • To calculate and display your assessment results
  • To deliver emailed results and follow-up messages you requested
  • To process payments and verify purchase entitlements
  • To maintain your account and link sessions to it if you are signed in
  • To understand how the service is used and improve it

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-party processors

We share data with the following processors only to the extent necessary to operate the service:

  • Vercel — application hosting and serverless infrastructure
  • Upstash (Redis KV) — stores session data and user entitlements
  • Anthropic — AI model used to generate personalized insights from your questionnaire responses
  • Stripe — payment processing; subject to Stripe's privacy policy
  • Clerk — optional account authentication; subject to Clerk's privacy policy
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • Google Analytics — anonymized site analytics; subject to Google's privacy policy

5. Data retention

  • Session data (questionnaire responses and results) — deleted automatically after 30 days
  • Email addresses — retained until you request deletion
  • Account data — retained while your account is active; deleted upon account deletion
  • Purchase records — retained for 7 years for accounting and tax compliance
  • Analytics data — retained by Google Analytics under their standard settings (up to 14 months)

6. California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have collected about you
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information — we do not sell or share your data for advertising
  • Non-discrimination for exercising your rights

To exercise these rights, contact us via the Support page. We will respond within 45 days.

7. Canadian residents (PIPEDA / Quebec Law 25)

If you are a Canadian resident, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to request correction or deletion. Quebec residents have additional rights under Law 25, including the right to data portability and the right to be informed of any automated decision-making that affects them.

To exercise these rights, contact us via the Support page.

8. Greece / EU residents (GDPR)

If you are located in Greece, EU data protection law (GDPR) applies to your personal data. You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Object to or restrict processing of your data
  • Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
  • Lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA) at www.dpa.gr

Our legal basis for processing your data is: legitimate interest (analytics), contract performance (delivering your purchased report), and consent (email capture). To exercise your rights, contact us via the Support page. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Terms of Service

Last updated: June 14, 2026

Not medical advice

Wellness Suite provides self-assessment tools for personal reflection and general wellness awareness only. The results, scores, action plans, and any other content generated by the service are not medical advice, not psychological advice, and not a substitute for professional clinical care.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, burnout that is affecting your ability to function, or any other health concern, please consult a qualified healthcare professional. Do not delay or disregard professional medical advice based on anything you read on this site.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Wellness Suite, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The service is available only to users located in the United States, Canada, and Greece.

2. Service description

Wellness Suite offers two self-assessment tools — the Energy Audit and the Restoration Map — and optional paid deep reports. Free results are generated immediately after completing each assessment. Paid reports provide additional AI-generated insights, an action plan, and a downloadable PDF.

3. Payment and access

Pricing — paid reports are available as one-time purchases. Current prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may change without notice for future transactions.

Access period — paid access to your deep report is valid for 35 days from the date of purchase. After 35 days, access to the paid content expires. Your free results remain accessible for 30 days from the date of completion.

No refunds — because paid reports are digital content delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. If you experience a technical failure that prevents you from accessing your purchased report, contact us within 7 days and we will resolve it.

Payment processing — all payments are processed by Stripe. By completing a purchase you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We do not store your payment card details.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use automated tools to generate bulk results or circumvent usage limits
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service
  • Share purchased report access with others or resell access
  • Submit false or misleading information in a manner intended to harm the service or other users
  • Use the service from outside the United States, Canada, or Greece

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the assessment methodology, question sets, scoring system, and AI-generated report text — is the property of ZoeVera. Your personal results are yours. You may not reproduce or distribute the underlying assessment framework or report templates without written permission.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the results will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Use of the service is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZoeVera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury — arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Changes to the service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes that affect purchased access.
