Wellness Suite is a free set of self-assessment tools — the Energy Audit and the Restoration Map. We operate as a small independent service with no account requirement.

2. What data we collect

Questionnaire responses — when you complete a tool, your answers are processed in your browser to generate results. They are not stored on our servers beyond the duration of your session.

Usage analytics — we use Google Analytics (GA4) to collect anonymised usage data: page views, session duration, and general traffic patterns. This data does not identify you personally.

Cookies — Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish sessions. No other persistent cookies are set by this site.

3. How we use your data

• To calculate and display your Energy Audit and Restoration Map results
• To understand how the site is used so we can improve it

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-party processors

• Vercel — hosts the application. Subject to Vercel's privacy policy.
• Google Analytics — anonymised site analytics. Subject to Google's privacy policy.

5. Data retention

Questionnaire responses are not stored after your session ends. Analytics data is retained by Google Analytics under their standard retention settings.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us via the Support page.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
